Founded in 1978, Europe Incoming Ltd is an incoming operator for groups and FIT’s visiting Europe.

Our offices are located in London, Paris, Rome, Edinburgh, Nottingham and Remagen, Germany. Our coach company with a fleet of seventy five coaches is based in Germany.

Group travel is our speciality. We manage all aspects of ground handling for multi-destination tour series, leisure groups, incentives, school groups, film crews and groups for trade fairs. Over the past thirty years no itinerary has been too difficult for us and we deal with groups from ten to several hundred participants.

We also offer European city break packages for FITs. Our packages include the essential services and are flexible enough to fit your requirements.

Our diverse customer base includes operators from all over Europe, North America and Asia and we are experienced in finding the right combination of quality and price for each market and client.

Our truly international team speaks languages including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Slovakian, Hungarian, Swedish, Danish and Hindi.
